Trip vs. road status

Team Jo-Jo:

Just made a run over to Gus Net & Tackle, (They open today)  needed one of me Penn Battle III to have new 20# power pro put on it.

Afterward me took a ride to see how the roads looked, we are making a trip in AM to Gulf Outlet / MRGO wanted to see how roads looked.

Twin span closed in both directions, but it looked like at Oak Harbor exit, it was open heading north. South to New Orleans was closed.

I-10 was also closed on the south shore too, close to New Orleans, Hwy 11 is only Hwy open at that time.

Hwy 11 bridge had a lot of traffic both north & south, bridge had snow and some ice, looked like DPOT cleaned it off so we could travel on it.

Hwy 11 over pass, (across 1-10) was a little tense drive across it , it had snow & some ice. Hwy 11 to Hwy 90 cleared no problem.

Me guessing Hwy 90 will remain open, only concern is the Green Bridge into Chalmette, that will be a challenge in the AM.

Just talked to Big Rudy we all set for 6 AM meet up ay Waffle House in Oak Harbor, must see how we can get around  after that, until then:
