T/S/L Art of fishing

Team Jo-Jo: 3 0f 4

Today was our Team Jo-Jo Fishing Curriculum Session, and we had a surprise guest speaker—none other than Chas Champagne, creator of the famous Matrix Shad lures, rods, and other fishing accessories.

The session drew over thirty fisherpersons, making it a luncheon filled with discussions about fishing, catching, what to use, and where to use it.

We tried to video as much of the event as possible. Since YouTube limits us to 15-minute posts, we had to break it down into four parts. Comments on each part are as follows:

  • Part (1): Chas shared his wealth of knowledge about predicted cold fronts and the best times and places to fish during these conditions.

  • Part (2): Chas continued his presentation, diving deeper into fishing and catching strategies.

  • Part (3): Big Rudy and Big Don presented a video showcasing their success with the "big girls." Big Rudy narrated what, when, where, why, and how of their catch and highlighted three different techniques/presentations they used to land their fish.

  • Part (4): This was the best segment for me—a small group discussion focused on the art of fishing and catching. Most of the attendees had left by this point, so it turned into an intimate, one-on-one convention of the best fisherpersons we know.

Our gathering was highly informative, shedding light on the art of fishing and catching.

Good Fishing,

Team Jo-Jo & Oneofthepack
