· Gather Intel for future trips, and to share with fisherperson, (on Facebook) to help assist them in their choice of areas to fish, lures to use and presentation of same to the elusive Silverwonders.
· Catch what catch can.
· Learn what learn can.
· See if the BIG girls still around, had reports it slowed down over the past 2 days
· Get Big Rudy back on the water and into the action after his long stay in Texas
· Bring home some fish for Petite Yana
· Find a spot # with the seven fundamentals / criteria of catching:
1 WIND AT YOUR BACK: (This criterion was a real challenge for today, waves had water coming in the Bay Flat Jr of the bow, amidship & stern all at the same time, thought me was going to have to sue bilge pump that I have not used since putting it in 2 years ago. But the fish god, she gave us a break and the wind went down to a breeze perfect it be after noon,)
2 MOVING WATER: (Had plenty, all falling very hard, we had to concentrate on Bay Flat Jr boat position & angle to assure rigs close to pilins but not in them. WE were moving south about ¼ block off trestles on a 30* angle off to west to keep us in position. But when we hooked up it was hard to reel them in before that got up in the pilings, we lost 2 this way)
3 WATER CALRITY: (Perfect it be dark green, clean, clear, you could see lures down 2 feet below surface)
4 HOLDING FISH: (FB- 7-to FB-11)
5 PATIENCES: (Morning troll was very, vey slow and none productive, But Big Rudy kept saying weatherman predicted winds to lay down, so we hung in there waiting for winds to die down, and the feed time to start, we where not disappointed, good plan it be)
6 SKILL: (Utilizing the Lake P Troll technique / presentation / method, combine with the boatmanship of keeping Bay Flat Jr in right position and heading to keep rigs close to pilings on a falling tide, not get hung up on them.)
7 LUCKS: (Weatherman’s predictions where correct, not that be a sign too.)

AREAS / SPOTS / NUMBERS ON THE MAP FISHED:
Lake P trestles, FB-2 out to FB-9. Rolling north to south on west side of trestles. Mid-lake seem to have more action and bigger fish, tried Hwy 11 bridge only 1 flounder.
OUR REWARDS:
· Lived to fish another day.
· (32) NMR Silverwonders
· (5) Flounder
· Caught (2) NMRs at one time, this be happening more & more, once (past trip) me caught (3) at same time on Lake P Troll rig.
· Broke me favorite trolling pole, not a good sign, hurts to have that happen,
· Cold morning on the water
· Being on the water with one of the best fisherpersons me know, that be Big Rudy
· Loveofthepack had some fresh cooked red beans & rice for me, what a lady she be.
· Lessons learned:
§ How it feels to break your favorite pole, not good, me did it to meself stupid me be
§ Repair trip needed to Gus Net & Tackle to put rod tips on mind & Big Rudy poles
§ Notice how some fisherperson fishing trestles, they get up current & anchor off trestle, sliding cork w/ live shrimp let drift through trestles. Worked good for a few fisherpersons.
§ After our morning journey me was going to post that Silverwonders left Lake P, but from 12:50 to 1:50 that all changed, we had move to mid lake and found them feeding most fish caught during that time, we left them biting .
§ Hwy 11 bridge bets died down
§ Low tide was 12:17 correlates on when they started to bite.
§ Never give up, let the fish god finishing dealing the hand, she be a very giving lady.
· Best fishing trip of my life, until the next one.
FISHERPERSON OF THE DAY:
Hard call as we both took turns tossing them in the boat, each of us would have a run of 3-4, then it would slow down for us, me would have to call it a tie for today, but even that I will take, (consider a win) when fishing with Big Rudy.
SUGGESTIONS:
I know it is a hard call / sell, but you might want to coordinate your fishing time / hours with tide change, it was just about perfect timing today of when predicate changed and when they started biting.
As for Team Jo-JO we prefer early start and fish our way into bites, sometimes it is a very long day for that to happen.
PONDER OF THE DAY:
“Don’t let yesterday fishing take up too much of today’s fishing.”
Q&A:
What do you call a fish that can play the piano? A tuneful!
TEAM JO-JO’S future stratagem:
Tuesday journey with Big Jimmy, be heading done to our Disney World known as Delacroix Island, looking forward to trying out new windshield on Bay Flay Sr, until then:
Good Fishing
