Team Jo-Jo on the Hunt!

Big Rudy and first mate Big Carwyn set out on a Wednesday adventure, locked and loaded for a trip to the legendary MRGO. Their mission? To track down the elusive Silverwonders & Redwarriors, the kind that make an angler’s heart race.

With jerk baits as their weapon of choice, they were ready to tempt the BIG girls, hoping to trigger those aggressive strikes along the rock-lined waters of the MRGO. The stage was set, the gear was prepped, and the anticipation was high. Would today be the day the BIG ones showed up for battle?

Only time—and the pull of the drag—would tell!

 Crew’s Reward:

·         Trip on 2/5/25 in MRGO. Crew-Captain Big Rudy, and First Mate Big Carwyn. We fished hard jerk baits along rocks and cork and power prawn on the flats. Our rewards were :

24 speckle trout (17 keepers), 1 white trout, 2 reds(1 keeper), 2 bass, 1 sheepshead, 2 blue cats.

Best fishing trip of there life until the next one.
