TEAM JO-JO:
I had no intention or desire to make a trip today due to high water, dirty water, the Red Fish Rodeo, and some doubts about my boat battery. I just wasn't feeling the vibes for a trip. I didn't search out any first mates, nor did I watch any fishing videos. But when Big Pablo called and asked if I was going out, mentioning that all his mates couldn't make it and knowing his boat was in the shop for repairs, the only thing I could say was, "Let's go."
Despite the initial hesitation, I couldn't resist the call of the water, especially with Big Pablo eager to head out. We quickly gathered our gear and planned for an impromptu trip. With our usual fishing spots in mind and the excitement of the unknown ahead, we set our sights on making the most of the day. Whether we encounter Silverwonders or Redwarriors, the thrill of the catch and the joy of being on the water with a good friend made it impossible to say no. Here's to another unexpected adventure and the memories that come with it!

· Find a spot # with the seven fundamentals / criteria of catching:
1 WIND AT YOUR BACK: (Not much wind to impact us, a couple of places we had to fish a cross wind, but wind not a factor in catching)
2 MOVING WATER: (Perfect tail end of a falling tide and start of a new rising tide, do not get any better than that.)
3 WATER CALRITY: (This was our challenge for the day, best we had a two plus on a scale of 1-7, but fish did not seem to mind the dirty water.)
4 HOLDING FISH: (Team Jo-Jo Spot # 57 0n map, and for the Redwarriors it was Team Jo-Jo spot # 14 on map)
5 PATIENTS: (None needed it was on, on, on from first to last cast, we left them biting at 10:30 AM)
6 SKILL: (Early it was popping corks, and reds too like popping corks with liver shrimp, me stayed true to lures all day.)
7 LUCKS: (Having Big Pablo abord the Bay Flat Sr, he be another Team Jo-Jo fisherperson that can helps fill the box)

· Lessons learned:
§ Silverwonders still stacked up, (Team J-Jo spot # 57 on map) in Four Horse & Twin Pipeline
§ Redwarriors stacked up at Team Jo-Jo spot # 14 on map.
§ Live shrimp makes a difference with Redwarriors.
§ Team Jo-Jo Spot # 51N produced both Silverwonders & Redwarriors, this be a good sign.
§ Water dirty a 2 plus at best all over:
· Four Horse
· Bay Shallow
· Lake John
· Twin Pipeline
· Lake Batola
· Lake Fusan
§ Do not need diving birds at Team Jo-Jo spot # 57 to catch, Silverwonders were eating great, had some shrimp on top of water too.
§ Need to leave house ½ hour earlier, 4 AM instead of 4:30 AM, missed a lot of good fishing / catching time by not doing so.
· Best fishing trip of my life, until the next one.
FISHERPERSON OF THE DAY:
Oneofthepack held is own with the Silverwonders, even had a good run with the Redwarrieors, but Rewarrioes seem to like the live shrimp better then lures some.
Big Pablo caught the first fish, was having some action, but he as using a shad rig, me suggested he switch to a single lure, BINGOI he was on, on, on too. He got into the Redwarriors good with live shrimp, but once me saw where he be casting me got in the action too, but not enough to capture the honors today. Big Pablo be the fisherperson of the day for sure!!!!!
SUGGESTIONS:
Delacroix loaded with fish, live bait better, but lures work well too. Popping corks seem to be the order of the day for both live bait & lures. Find a shoreline with wind beating it up, and a current line adjacent to deep water, fish shoreline with popping cork with live & lures worked for us today.
PONDER OF THE DAY:
Every new fishing day begins with possibilities.
Q&A:
Do you think that having a photo of a fish on your dating profile is “obligatory” or silly?
TEAM JO-JO’S future stratagem:
Nothing plan, but plan to plan a plan soon, all me need is a little encouragement, until then:
Good Fishing
