Well, well, well… stop the presses! Big Pablo makes a Sunday trip with his neighbor Big Oswalvo — now that’s a sign. Been knowing Big Pablo for 18 plus years, and he NEVER fishes on Sunday (church first, always). This be the first time I ever seen it happen.

The Catch

• (12) Redwarriors landed – 8 keepers

• Location: Lake Borne rocks

• Time on water: 6:40 AM – 8:30 AM (back in time for church, of course!)

The Secret Sauce

• Baits used:

  • Live shrimp

  • Cut-up ladyfish (new one on me!)

• Rig: Popping cork with 1/8 oz. jig head

• Depth: 36 – 40 inches with either live shrimp or cut-up ladyfish

No doubt, Big Pablo’s honey hole producing slots — and plenty of them.
