TEAM JO-JO:
Big Earl and Oneofthepack engaged in a lively conversation centered on their shared passion for fishing. As the discussion unfolded, Big Earl expressed a genuine interest in learning and mastering the intricacies of the Lake P Troll technique, intrigued by its potential to lure in the elusive Silverwonders lurking beneath the waters of Lake P.
With excitement brewing, we swiftly made plans to put our newfound strategy to the test on this very day, a Wednesday set aside for exploration and adventure. The chosen battleground: the iconic Lake P trestles, a legendary hotspot teeming with aquatic mysteries and untold tales of angler triumphs.
Armed with rods, reels, and a wealth of angling knowledge, Big Earl and Oneofthepack embarked on their journey, their spirits high and expectations even higher. The tranquil waters of Lake P beckoned, promising a day filled with anticipation, camaraderie, and, hopefully, a bountiful catch worthy of their shared enthusiasm and dedication to the art of fishing.Top of Form

· Find a spot # with the seven fundamentals / criteria of catching:
1 WIND AT YOUR BACK: (This criteria was our challenge for the day, hard west wind , combine with a strong falling tide made it very difficult for us to do Lake P Troll on west side of trestles. Wind & tide kept driving Bay Flat Jr back into trestles, had to be on a 45* angle off trestles to be able to move forward and not get hung up on pilings.)
2 MOVING WATER: (Had plenty all falling, not sure if wind or tide moving it)
3 WATER CALRITY: (A 6 plus, looked pretty good, FB1 to FB 5 had a brackish look to it, pass that had a green look to it.)
4 HOLDING FISH: (FB2 to FB5, and out past mile marker 175)
5 PATIENTS: (Dropped Lake P Troll rig over at 7:20 at 7; 07 Big Earl brought in a 15” NMR, nice it be, real slow after that.)
6 SKILL: (Lake P Troll all day)
7 LUCK: (WE got to troll for about 2 hours before waves got too big 2 ½ to 3 foot rollers form west, too much for Bay Flat Jr & Oneofthepack)

FISHERPERSON OF THE DAY:
Big Earl on board first, caught flounder, caught Redwarrior, brought the sandwiches, lots of extra points for that, and he did all that with the Lake P Troll technique, Big Earl be fisherperson of the day.
Oneofthepack dominated hang ups on bottom, that be me best bites of the day.
SUGGESTIONS:
If you have vacations days now the time to take them and fish the trestles, bring live shrimp too.
Pick a good wind day to go, fish the change of tide/
PONDER OF THE DAY:
"To him, all good things—Silverwonders as well as eternal salvation—come by grace and grace comes by art and art does not come easy."
