Lake P Silverwonder slam, Lake P Troll Way

TEAM JO-JO:

Lake P Calling—Time to Put the Intel to the Test!

Oneofthepack and Big Rudy had been gathering some firsthand intel, watching a few video posts, and piecing together the puzzle—all signs pointed to Silverwonders action along Eastofmrgo’s favorite 5-mile reef in Lake P. The word on the water? The bite was on, and it was time for us to see for ourselves.

With that knowledge in hand, we made a game-time decision during our Saturday trip—as soon as the opportunity presented itself, we were heading straight for Lake P. That opportunity came today, Monday, and we were ready to put the Lake P vs. the Lake P Troll technique/presentation to the ultimate test.

Would the Silverwonders still be holding along the reef? Would our troll technique dial us into the bite? Only one way to find out—time to hit the water and see what’s waiting for us beneath the trestles!

§  Status of water clarity status

·         Bring home some fishes for Petite Yana

·         Find a spot  # with the seven fundamentals / criteria of catching:

1 WIND AT YOUR BACK: (Wind was an offshore breeze, (thanks it be) it was very strong, but it helped push us along the trestles as we trolled. We did not cast & retrieving so wind no impact from that standpoint, kept us cool too.)

2 MOVING WATER: (Falling slow, then icked up speed as the morning went along, had to be away from trestles tolling to stop from being wash into pilings, fine line, between speed, amount of line out, and distance from trestle all in unison to fool the Silverwonders into attacking our rigs.)

3 WATER CALRITY: ( A 7 plus on a scale of 1-7, cannot get any better)

4 HOLDING FISH:  (FB-3 to FB-4)

5 PATIENCES: (In honey hole at 6:40, 6:45 AM Big Rudy landed a nice NRM added it to our box for dinner)

6 SKILL: (Lake P Troll technique / presentation)

7 LUCKS: (Offshore breeze, Silverwonders on a  crazy 90 minuet feeding frenzy)

FISHERPERSON OF THE DAY:

We had so many fish, and so quickly it was hard to keep count on total, much less who caught what, but I am willing to call it a tie, even with that me consider me a winner when fishing with Big Rudy.

SUGGESTIONS:

Might want to give Lake P a try.

Make the Lake P Troll one of your inventories of techniques / presentation you use to catch. See Lake P Troll rig on U-tube to see how we rig it.

See attach picture of change to rig we did to stop trailers from twisting all up.

PONDER OF THE DAY:

"Tight lines, cool breezes, good friends, plenty of bait & lures it doesn’t get any better.”

Q&A:

Is it a good theory to try and fish the tide change, if so, how long before and after would you fish?

TEAM JO-JO’S future stratagem:

Game plan for tomorrow go pick up Bay Flat Sr bring back to Cypress Cove and let them fix would happen during my 1,000 hour service they provided, shift is almost impossible to move, until then:

Good Fishing
