TEAM JO-JO:
Team Jo-Jo Fishing Log Entry – Wednesday Evening Trip Recap
🎣 Date: Wednesday (Evening Trip)👬 Crew: Big Rudy & Oneofthepack📍 Launch Point: The Pointe – 3:30 PM rendezvous🎯 Mission Objective: Validate Big Rudy’s Nautide App feeding time theory & duplicate Tuesday’s success📽️ Pre-Trip Fuel: Big Rudy crafting his Tuesday “masterpiece video” (Don’t miss it!) + Oneofthepack watching past epic trip clips = Full-on fishing fever
Mindset:We both knew lightning rarely strikes twice in the same spot, but with Tuesday’s haul still fresh in our minds and the Nautide App calling for prime-time bite windows, the fever was too strong to ignore. The spirits were high, the rods were rigged, and Team Jo-Jo was back on the water chasing that familiar Silverwonder high.
Game Plan:
Arrive at The Pointe at 3:30 PM
Target peak feeding window as predicted in the Nautide App
Replicate the Tuesday pattern with adjustments based on wind, tide, and clarity.
Fish smarter, not harder — trust the data, trust the instincts, trust Team Jo-Jo vibes
Report Pending...Let me know how the evening unfolded:
🎣 Fish caught?
🌊 Water conditions?
🌬️ Wind direction/speed?
🦈 Any bonus Redwarriors or surprise guests?
🧪 Did the Nautide feed time hold up?
Looking forward to hearing whether science, timing, and a little Jo-Jo magic created another memorable evening on the water. Tight lines & high hopes!
P.S. Let me know when Big Rudy’s Tuesday Trip Masterpiece drops—I’ll have the popcorn ready. 🍿🎣

· Bring some fish for Oneofthepack.
· Find a spot # with the seven fundamentals / criteria of catching:
1 WIND AT YOUR BACK: (Kept us cool, directly in our face, kind of slowed down our movement forward)
2 MOVING WATER: (Rising , but not as strong as Tuesday, which be why me think we missed bites)
3 WATER CALRITY: (A 4 plus, sandy looking, not clean, clean & dark)

North of mile marker 174, back to 1st & 2nd group of steel pilings, back & forth
OUR REWARDS:
· Lived too fish another day.
· (11) Silverwonders 3 Miniwonders
· (1) Hardhead cat
· (2) bottoms, no lose nay Lake P Rig
· Sun was out beating down on us, rain clous moved in and kept us cool all evening, mother nature takes care of her boys.
· Got my snicker bar this time, thanks Big Rudy you the man.
· Meet with rising tide.
· Water clarity a little off
· We had 4 boats for company.
· We headed out into a rainstorm, most fisherperson would have never left the dock, but it was perfect it be.
· Used same technique , “Lake P Troll” same presentation, same pattern, same plan as Tuesday.
· Lessons learned:
§ Forge ahead into rain clous, never know how it will work out, in this case perfect it be.
§ I think we missed fed time, as when we first got out there we were on them, then they stopped, and that was it. Next time we will have to be earlier and fish our way into indicated feed time.
§ We are getting braver & braver with the Bay Fla Jr, but we never lost respect for mother nature and the condition & quickly that Lake P can get.
§ Bilge pump fixed.
§ Big Rudy did not want fish so me brought home for Sonofthepack Big Randy to clean.
§ Need to be back at them Friday
· Best fishing trip of my life, until the next one.
FISHERPERSON OF THE DAY:
SUGGESTIONS:
It is a lot better to fish when clouds are overhead, even a little rain is not bad, rather than have the hot sun beating down on you all day / evening.
Might want to think cloudy / rainy days are good.
PONDER OF THE DAY:
"I look into... my tackle box and think about all the elements I should consider in choosing the perfect lure: water temperature, what stage of development the various live baits in water, what the fish are eating right now. Then I remember what a guide told me: 'Ninety percent of what a Silverwonder eats is in colors of chartreus glow or purple, and about ¼ of a foot long”
Q&A:
As we where heading out into the rainstorm, a question came to my mind of two scenarios for yesterday and todays trip, and I had to share with Big Rudy, to see how he felt about them.
Which is worst and / or better to have happened to you?
Scenario 1:
· Have high expectations of catching , and you catching nothing.
Scenario 2:
· Have low expectations of catching and you bust them up.
I guess it be like “The thrill of victory” and “The agony of defeat”
TEAM JO-JO’S future stratagem:
Plan nothing, this time of year we take them as they come, until then:
Good Fishing
