Did a little recon across Hwy 11 bridge this morning (Saturday), got word they had 50 plus boats launched out of the Pointe, just had to go check it out.
Counted (44) boats along trestles, most from on north shore to mid-lake. South shore water clarity a minus 1 it be a mess.
It is a beautiful day to be in Lake P, calm winds, sunny & clear, perfect day to be on the water.
First mate for tomorrow Big Hugh, original plan was to assault the trestles, but based on me recon me called him and gave him (3) options for Sunday Trip.
· Options:
§ 1 try trestles
§ 2 Try Lakeshore Estate canal systems
§ 3 Try ICW along the rocks at Bho Bros.
Big Hugh did not take long to share his thoughts, 1 & 2 in same area, (like 2 for 1) 3 a standalone journey, lets just meet up at pointe for 6 AM and see what water looks like then we can decide on which to pursue.
Plan “A”, “B”, & “C” in hand we all set for Sunday trip.
