Hopedale Journey

Team Jo-Jo Crew,

🎣 Recon Report from Hopedale – Courtesy of Big Ron & Big Gary 🎥

Team Jo-Jo’s very own Big Ron (aka Indian Ron) and his trusty first mate (and brother) Big Gary recently launched a reconnaissance mission out of Hopedale, chasing down the ever-elusive Silverwonders, Redwarriors, and whatever else might be biting out in the marshes.

This wasn’t just a regular trip—it was a double-duty journey:

  1. 🎯 Fishing Action – They covered water from the Hopedale launch to the backwaters around Lake Robin, tossing lures and probing likely haunts.

  2. 🧭 Intel Gathering – On the lookout for critical conditions reports:

    • Water clarity

    • Tide movement

    • Bait presence

    • Structure activity

Their recon helps Team Jo-Jo's future game planning and provides boots-on-the-ground knowledge that satellite maps can’t show.

In addition to their rod work, Big Ron was putting his new video camera to good use—capturing footage for us to relive the trip, critique, and learn from. 🎥 While still getting the hang of his gear, it’s clear Big Ron’s working on becoming Team Jo-Jo’s official field videographer. Practice makes perfect, and we applaud his effort to document the journey so vividly.

These clips are particularly valuable to Oneofthepack and Big Rudy, who may have missed the action firsthand but can now experience the trip through the lens of our own on-the-water storyteller.

🧭 Key Takeaway: With boots in the boat and eyes on the water, Team Jo-Jo’s scouting trips continue to pave the way for future success. Stay tuned for updates as we analyze conditions and make strategic moves into hot zones.

👏 Thank you, Big Ron & Big Gary, for your dedication, exploration, and recon efforts.

🎣 Good Fishing, Tight Lines, and See You Out There!
