· Easy relaxing trip with Grandsonoftehpack and his friend Big Kenny
· Ran out of shrimp, all 3#’s of it, cut up croakers for bait and started with sting rays, and catfish.
· Greta lunch
· Lessons learned:
§ Need to buy tackle to fish Carolina rig, hooks, sliding sinkers & swivels, me had none, they had none.
§ Jig head and dead shrimp worked for us today.
§ Need to buy more dead shrimp, 3# did not last us long!
§ Make a fishing trip competitive is fun, we were tied up at 12 apiece.
§ Fishing under twin span was nice like A/C with wind blowing under it and on us.
§ Fishing with dead shrimp was fun and even cut crokers for bait worked well too.
· Best fishing trip of my life, until the next one.
