TEAM JO-JO:
We knew it was going to be a hot day, but the opportunity opened up for a fishing trip on Thursday. So, I called Big Don to see if he could make it. He’s now my last first mate for trips, with Big Ronnie in Indiana and Big Rudy on vacation. Big Don said, "Yessum!" With that, we were set to head out aboard the Bay Flat Sr. for a day on the water.
Despite the heat, we were determined to make the most of our day and target some Silverwonders and Redwarriors. Big Don stepped up to help fill the first mate duties admirably. The conditions were tough, but the camaraderie and the thrill of the chase made it worthwhile. We navigated the waters, hopeful for a productive day, and ready to face whatever challenges came our way.

· Check point Alpha, water level in canal at junction was 6-8” down.
· Check point Bravo, tide falling in Reggio canal, they had the skimmer net down, loading up on shrimp.
· Made our way to the home of the Bay Flat Sr, quick work loading her up.
· Huston, we have a problem, boat battery dead, not to worry had me surge unit in FORD transport., hooked it up, Yamaha Dream Machine fired right up.

2 MOVING WATER: (Tail end of a falling tide, when it slowed down bites stopped, cold not buy a bite. We left at 11:30 and it was still falling, never did come in.)
3 WATER CALRITY: (This criterion was a challenge , not looking good in Four Horse, and Team Jo-Jo spot # 14, 15, 5, & 6 was a little dirty too, they where a 3 plus)
4 HOLDING FISH: (Team Jo-Jo spot # 57 (60)t, spot # 15 (12)t)
5 PATIENTS: (None needed it was on, on, on, from first to last cast)
6 SKILL: (Popping cork & tightlining)

§ Lionel’s has live shrimp in both of his tanks loaded up with nice live shrimp, dead shrimp too.
§ Battery dead, had to use me power surge to start Yamaha Dream Machine, need to bring new battery down as a spare.
§ Water is still dirty in Four Horse; it be a 2 plus re: clarity.
§ Surrounding areas dirty too
§ Shrimp & birds in Four Horse, mouth of Twin Pipeline & Four Horse
§ Be early, early, early was the key.
§ Team Jo-Jo spot # 14 action dried up.
§ Team Jo-Jo spot # 15 produced some Silverwonders today.
§ Water clarity in Team Jo-Jo 1 & 2 a 3 plus, on a clarity scale of 1-7.
§ Once falling tide died down, and we lost our current lines, fish shutdown, could not buy a bite lues an/or dead shrimp.
· Best fishing trip of my life, until the next one.
FISHERPERSON OF THE DAY:
Hard to tell fish coming in so fast, could not keep count on who / who caught more. Me guess it was a tie, but even with his head shrimp Big Don was struggling a little, says he , he did not have the right angle.
SUGGESTIONS:
If you are looking for action for the kids, Four Horse under the birds should keep them happy & smiling for sure.
Think early start, we in spot at 6:12, by 7:40 it was all over.
PONDER OF THE DAY:
Discipline, not desire determines your catching!
Q&A:
Do you have any family fishing tackle heirlooms?
TEAM JO-JO’S future stratagem:
Nothing plan, but that’s happen before and never stop us in the past, until then:
Good Fishing
