Delacroix Journey

Team Jo-Jo:

Team Jo-Jo’s Big Don & Petite Lucy made a fishing trip (2-1-25)  down to our Disney World known as Delacroix Island aboard the “Lucy” she be s sleek Mako, she be perfect for running the marsh in search of the elusive Redwarriors, & (NMR) Silverwonders.

Report as follows:

·         I made a short scouting/no ice chest trip out to Lake John area yesterday just to re-orient myself and run the boat.  Boats already posted up in main lil' Lake John spots most of the day, they were bringing some in, nothing crazy, but steady.  I fished the pipeline, a few nice reds around.  No trout bites in that area.  Worked behind the posted-up boats in lil Lake John, caught a trout, few lethargic bites here and there, schools of mullet all up in there, Lucy caught a large mullet.  The water is still low, about a 3 minus, fishable, but not good.
