TEAM JO-JO:
Big Rudy and Oneofthepack had our week all lined up, with fishing trips and plans sorted out in advance. Monday was an epic day—over 22 hours straight of fishing and playing cards, pushing our limits on both the water and the card table. But after that long day, it became clear I wouldn’t be answering the bell for Wednesday’s trip. By Tuesday afternoon, around 4 PM, I texted Big Rudy to let him know something was coming over me, and I wasn’t feeling right. I hated to cancel, but I wanted to make sure he and Big Garrette still had a chance to mask a trip if they were able.
Turns out I missed a prime day of fishing on Wednesday. Still, I made the most of it with a run over to Gus's—because really, what’s better than stocking up on fishing gear when you’re feeling low? It was just what I needed to ignite that fishing spark all over again. By the time I left Gus's, I knew I had to get back out there.
I called up Big Rudy, and he didn’t hesitate. “You ready for a Thursday trip?” I asked, and he came back with a solid “Yessum.” Big Garrette couldn’t make it, so I put out the call to Sr. First Mate Big Don. “You ready?” I asked him. Without missing a beat, Big Don replied, “Yessum.” We had our crew set up for a three-man trip on Thursday, and all the anticipation of a new day on the water.
Here’s hoping that Thursday will make up for the day I had to miss and that those Silverwonders and Redwarriors are ready and waiting for Team Jo-Jo to show up in full force.

· Bring home some fishes for Petite Yana
· Find a spot # with the seven fundamentals / criteria of catching:
1 WIND AT YOUR BACK: (Wind was perfect for spot 58BL, bot much wind to deal with, wishing I had a trolling motor today as wind no help in moving us, especially going against tide.)
2 MOVING WATER: (Very slight moving early AM, slack for about an hour, then started to fall real good, that be when the action picked up)
3 WATER CALRITY: (Same / same 3 minus, Team Jo-Jo spot # 58BL on map still has the best-looking clarity of water in Team Jo-Jo zones 1 & 2)
4 HOLDING FISH: (Team Jo-Jo spot # 58BL on our map)
5 PATIENCES: (First fish a catfish, go one now and then, only one spot turned on and that was in the middle of a current line, all we need was a crazy (15) minutes to achieve our goal)
6 SKILL: (Popping cork technique / presentation)
7 LUCKs: (Being able to answer call for today’s trip)

AREAS / SPOTS / NUMBERS ON THE MAP FISHED:
Team Jo-Jo spot # 58BL (41)t, 49A (1)d, 51J, 51K (5)t, stopped fishing around 12:49 called it a day.
OUR REWARDS:
· Lived to fish another day.
· (46) Silverwonders, 23 Miniwonders
· (1) Submarine aka Big A_s Drum
· Low wind day
· Sunny & cloudless day
· Had lots of current lines to fish
· Lots for fresh clean dry air in our lungs
· Getting lost (3) times, it was hard to pick out landmarks to guide us.
· Got to use cell phone along with Navionics Boating app to locate our position and where we wanted to go, it generated a auto plot to where we wanted to go.
· Being on the water with one of the best fisherpersons me know, Big Rudy be he.
· Lessons learned:
§ Need to pay attention when running around, got lost 3 times.
§ Tandem rig under cork a very productive rig / technique / presentation
§ Learn a new technique / presentation, Bay Flat Sr set up inside of current line, strong current, throw out e it come all eh way to stern of Bay Flat Sr, about 2-20 yards and just keep popping cork. In the weaker current they would hit, I could not see cork, but felt the hit, caught some real nice (NMR) Silverwonders this way.
§ Me notice there is a correlation between predicted coefficient # and that of the success of catching that day, higher the number more action / catching happens that day. Do and of you fisherperson follow this # and do you see any correlation?
§ No two days / fishing trips are alike.
· Best fishing trip of my life, until the next one.
FISHERPERSON OF THE DAY:
Big Rudy was just that, Big Rudy armed with his Fishbites and tandem Slat Strong Power Prawn lures, he dominated, (Fishbites) the catfish divisions, had his fair shear of Silverwonders, however he no catch nay submarines.
Oneofthepack had his fair share of Silverwonders, dominated drum fish, and even had an edge with the (NMR) Silverwonders, based on my bias opinion it was a draw for today’s trip, and me consider that a win for me. However, no one takes home the honors today it be a draw.
SUGGESTIONS:
You might want to order some Power Prawns from Salt Strong, Big Rudy & Big Ronnie like the Jr’s. with yellow tail. You will have to go online to buy them, we buy them by the hundreds.
They work best with the grip tight type jig heads; they are a little soft and do not last long on regular jig heads.
PONDER OF THE DAY:
When we be fishing, He who can have patience, can have what he will.
Q&A:
Have any of you fisherperson paid attention to the predicted coefficient # of a fishing day? Do you find any correlation with catching and coefficient #, the higher the number the more you catch? Comments please!!!!!!
TEAM JO-JO’S future stratagem:
Nothing plan, but plan we be, and plan we go, as soon as plan, planned, until then:
